DESCRIPTION:El Progreso Memorial Library is partnering with Eternal Life Royal Ministries for "Steps to Literacy"  a shoe giveaway which will take place on Saturday\, July 20\, form 10 a.m.   2 p.m. at the library.  To participate\, preschoolers and school age children must check out and read four books from the Library between July 1stand 19th.  Reading logs must be turned in on or before 4 p.m. on July 19th.  Children must be present at the drawing to receive a new pair of tennis shoes
